Activity Desk Information. Tours & Activities books and makes reservations with third party activity providers. Tours & Activities is not responsible for actions of the activity providers and in the event of a dispute regarding an activity, guests should contact the activity provider directly.
Prices: Prices are determined by activity providers. Unless otherwise noted listed prices are per person and child rates are determined by each activity provider. Prices are subject to change without notice. The current Hawaii Tax Rate will be applied to all purchases.
Times: Reservations and check- in policies vary by activity provider.
Vouchers: When you purchase an activity or tour you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase and reservation. Your confirmation email will include: vendor, activity name, date, number of guests, total cost and voucher pick up locations. A government issued ID will be required at time of voucher pick-up.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by activity provider. However, Tours & Activities requires a 72 hours advanced notice for any cancellations. Refunds are not available for any cancellation made outside of the activity provider’s cancellation policy. Refunds may be subject to a service fee.
Miscellaneous: Activities and tours may be subject to additional terms and conditions including but not limited to safety restrictions.
Forms of Payment: Payment must be made in full by credit card or room charge prior to or at the time of booking. TOURS & ACTIVITIES WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS MADE BY CASH, CHECK, OR TRAVELERS CHECK. Accepted credit cards include: Discover, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, and JCB. Credit card payments require government issued ID at time of voucher pick-up.
